1. Eufy Omni S1 Pro
Eufy's gunmetal and gloss black Omni S1 Pro is one of the most impressive robot vacuums and mop combos on the market. It uses lidar for navigation and creates maps of floors and rooms.
When I tried the S1 It was quick to locate our downstairs, which has linoleum flooring in the kitchen-diner and bathrooms, as well as carpeting of medium-pile as well as a large area rug. It was capable of driving close to walls and even over raised thresholds without issue. However it had some issues navigating down the stairs in one pass. The S1 performed well in cleaning hard floors. Its mop moved smoothly on its flat side and lifted itself when it reached carpets or rugs.

However, overall, the S1 is simple to maintain, especially when compared to other combos that require more hands-on maintenance.
2. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
This all-in-one robot mop and vacuum combo from Ecovacs is a powerful option for cleaning requirements. The robot vacuum is rated at 8700Pa of suction and comes with numerous innovative features, such as full home mapping, voice control and smart path-planning to avoid obstructions and cleans furniture. The mopping feature is impressive, with rotating mops that actually lift and scrub the floor instead of simply dragging the pad across it. The mops are also cleaned and dried in the base station as required.
This robot combo has an easy-to-use interface that guides you throughout the process. It also comes with a hand vacuum that can be utilized to clean those difficult to reach areas that the robot is unable to reach. There are two water tanks that are automatically emptied or filled. It comes with a variety of settings that can be used to fine-tune your cleaning preferences.
The Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a great vacuum cleaner. It has a powerful suction which can effortlessly remove dirt and other debris that other robots have trouble with. Its navigation abilities are also pretty good, although it can be stuck on small area mats and rugs around my home (which you can reduce by creating virtual boundaries in the app). Mopping capabilities are very good with a pair of spinning mop pads that are able to lift and scrub floors, rather than just moving the pad across it. The mops can also be cleaned with heated water, and dried in the base station when needed. The mops are also filled from the top of the base station as required.
3. Dreame X40 Ultra
Dreame launched the luxurious X30 Ultra earlier this year however their latest top-of-the-line robot mop and vacuum has more impressive features. It has outstanding cleaning performance and hands-free maintenance, making it a clear contender for our top robot vacuum and mop list. Its superior mapping abilities, RGB AI smart detection and a larger side brush ensure that an efficient, custom-designed clean is completed.
The X40 Ultra does an excellent job of vacuuming and removing large and fine particles from both hard floors and carpets. robotic hoovers cleaned our test's most filthy areas well, and keeping pet hairs from getting caught in knots and other messes. The sweeping capabilities are augmented by a side brush that extends to reach hard-to-reach corners, and an extending mop pad that is placed along baseboards.
Its navigation is smart, navigating narrow spaces and negotiating stairways without stepping back. It can move from one room to another without changing direction which is a great feature for larger homes with many rooms. Its obstacle avoidance is not as advanced than that of some competitors and leaves a wide margin over obstacles. This could lead to missing spots.
The app is streamlined, intuitive interface that should be user-friendly for both new and experienced users. The app lets you plan and manage cleanings, adjust the suction power and mopping settings and view 3D and 2D maps, and much more. You can control it via the app, Alexa or Google Assistant. You can also use the X40 Ultra's camera remotely for live video surveillance. You will require a reliable internet connection to access the app and external controls.
4. Roomba Q5 pro
Robot vacuums are excellent in removing dirt and debris, but they can't reach every bit of dust. It's important to vacuum frequently, every week. K10 Plus is the quietest robovac we have ever tested. It also features a unique mapping system that allows it to reach corners and tight places that other vacuums can't. It also has the larger bin, meaning that you don't have to empty it as often. It also has washable filters which further reduces the expenses associated with using the device. The robot is able to detect carpets and increase suction if necessary. You can also mark areas you want to keep out of the app.
